Women in Music Showcase

Well it was a lovely event of women in my town of Brookings Saturday night…the first Women in Music Showcase here. It was put on by Stagelights, a nonprofit organization to support music in the our community and I have to say having Jim Newman meet me in the parking lot to carry my gear was totally cool. I loved seeing women of all ages and styles come together like this.
